No reason to complain, can recommend this hotel. We think it's a decent place for staying in Sycamore. All the staff is very amiable and exceptionally nice and is engaged to make your stay really nice.

Convenient Location 📍

The hotel's location here in Jackson was awesome. It was pretty close to Tom and Jerry's, a spot where you can grab some quick and easy fast food.

Great location near many shops and restaurants. Free breakfast offered a variety of options. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Room cleanliness was not up to par. Found dead bugs and spider webs in the corner of the window, as well as stains on the bed and towels.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. Location was great, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Free parking was an added bonus.

The staff provided excellent service, catering to our every need with a smile. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the waffles. The hotel also boasted a beautiful view from our window, which simply added to the ambience.

The pool was a bit small and could use more chairs.

We had a comfortable stay at the Best Western Sycamore Inn. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
